وی بیان كرد: آخرین رتبه صنعت مس ایران ، رتبه نهم دنیا با برخورداری 18 میلیون تن مس خالص از معادن بوده است.

وی اظهار داشت: امروز ایران در زمینه استخراج مواد معدنی مس و تولید مس كاتدی در جایگاه خوبی قرار دارد اما باید هرچه سریع تر تمامی ظرفیت‌های این صنعت با همت متخصصان داخلی مورد بهره برداری مطلوب قرار گیرد.

سمیر رضوان، وزیر پیشین اقتصاد مصر تصویری تیره از شرایطی که رهبر جدید با آن روبرو خواهد بود، ارائه کرده است.

بسیاری از کارشناسان با این ارزیابی که مصر دارای توانایی هایی بالقوه است، موافقند.
