به گزارش خبرگزاری رسمی ایران (ایرنا)، محمد مرزیه، دادستان عمومی و انقلاب زاهدان روز یکشنبه ۳۱ اردیبهشت گفته است که ۵ نفر از ۱۱ مظنون به قتل آقای جنگی زهی که بی‌گناهی آنها به اثبات رسیده است، هم‌اکنون آزاد شده‌اند، ولی ۶ متهم دیگر در بازداشت هستند.

او آزادی ۵ مظنون این حادثه را "نشان دهنده دقت در پیگیری پرونده" خواند و گفت: "هیچ فردی بدون علت در این زمینه بازداشت نشده است."

انتقادات این نماینده مجلس، در شرایطی مطرح می شود که در پی برگزاری مرحله اول انتخابات نهمین دوره مجلس ایران، عده ای از نمایندگان مجلس هشتم در نطق های خود در صحن علنی به انتقاد از بروز "تخلف" در انتخابات پرداخته اند.

به گزارش روز شنبه ایرنا از روابط عمومی استانداری سیستان و بلوچستان، 'علی اكبر محرابیان' در نشست بررسی آخرین وضعیت طرح های مهر ماندگار سیستان و بلوچستان افزود: سهم این استان از طرح ملی مهر ماندگار 38 درصد است كه تاكنون عملیات اجرایی طرحها از پیشرفت قابل قبولی برخوردار بوده است.

وی بیان كرد: با توجه به میانگین پیشرفت 60 درصدی طرح های مهر ماندگار سیستان و بلوچستان، تا پایان دولت دهم همه طرحها به بهره برداری خواهند رسید.

وی اظهار داشت: پروژه هایی از استان های مختلف در طرح ملی مهر ماندگار قرار گرفته اند كه در رشد و توسعه ملی نقش مهمی داشته باشند اما در استانی مانند سیستان و بلوچستان علاوه بر در نظر گرفتن جنبه تاثیرگذاری پروژه ها در طرح مهر ماندگار به عدالت محوری دولت در توزیع عادلانه منابع و اعتبارات نیز توجه ویژه شده است.

استاندار سیستان و بلوچستان نیز در این نشست گفت: 38 طرح از این استان با اعتبار 50 هزار میلیارد ریال برای طرح مهر ماندگار در نظر گرفته شده است كه مدیران دستگاههای اجرایی تمام تلاش خود را برای بهره برداری به موقع از این طرحها بكار بسته اند.

وی بیان كرد: آخرین رتبه صنعت مس ایران ، رتبه نهم دنیا با برخورداری 18 میلیون تن مس خالص از معادن بوده است.

وی اظهار داشت: امروز ایران در زمینه استخراج مواد معدنی مس و تولید مس كاتدی در جایگاه خوبی قرار دارد اما باید هرچه سریع تر تمامی ظرفیت‌های این صنعت با همت متخصصان داخلی مورد بهره برداری مطلوب قرار گیرد.

مخبر دزفولی در این جلسه اظهار داشت:‌ شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی، پیشگام توجه به آثار استاد شهید مطهری بوده كه تاسیس بنیاد شهید مطهری نماد این توجه است.

وی افزود: به رغم تلاش های ارزشمندی كه در این سه دهه برای ترویج و نشر افكار راهبردی استاد مطهری شده است،‌ جای یك نهاد ملی در تراز بالا برای مدیریت و جهت دهی این كار خالی بود ‌كه شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی با مشورت همه دلسوزان به ویژه خانواده استاد شهید مطهری، این بنیاد را تاسیس كرد.

عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه تهران ادامه داد: ما امروز خوشبختانه شاهدیم كه این بنیاد سامان گرفته و كار جدی،‌ منظم و تشكیلاتی برای نشر آثار استاد مطهری در حال انجام است.

بیست و هشتم اردیبهشت ماه روز جهانی موزه و آغاز هفته میراث فرهنگی بهانه ای شد تا بدانم "محمدمیرزا قاجار قوانلو" لقب یافته به کاشف السلطنه - پدر چای ایران - نه تنها دانه های چای را در عصایش پنهان نکرد بلکه خود با افتخار زمینی در هند خریداری کرد و فرایند کشت را کامل آموخت و سه هزار اصله نهال چای را قانونی وارد کشور کرد و در نقطه نقطه سرزمینش کشت تا در "لاهیجان" دانه های آرامش بخش چای جان گرفت.

گیلان سراسر همایشی است از تاریخ و طبیعت و این بار لاهیجان که خود تاریخی است به بلندای هزاران سال به عطر بوته هایی شهره است که طعم و گرمای فنجانی از آن سبب می شود تا زنان شالیکار که اینک دیگر جوان نیستند، لذت سایه‌سار را بنوشند و خستگی بزدایند و ای کاش که بگذارند که بماند، هم چای و هم شالیزار؛ نه چنان شد که ابریشم .

فصل نشاکاری است و از رشت به قصد شهر چای و ابریشم راه به سوی خاور می نهیم و شهرها و دهکده ها پشت سر می گذاریم و تنها باید دید !

طبق وقت از پیش تعیین شده وارد موزه تاریخ چای لاهیجان شدم و با سرپرست آن "لیلا رئوف" به صحبت نشستم که نقاشی عظیمی در پشت سرش جلب توجه می کرد؛ آرامگاه کاشف السلطنه غرق در میان بوته های چای و زنان چایکار با لباس‌های محلی و سبدهای حصیری پر از برگ سبز چای بر سر، در حال گذر ....

اما اینک چنان که در نقاشی، نمی نمود! عطر سبز چای از دوردست‌ها و رقیق به مشام می رسید و کمی دورتر نگاه چایکاران خسته بود و نوازش دستان‌شان بر بوته های سبزچای کم رمق.

رئوف از موزه می گفت که شامل سه بخش است؛ طبقه پایین ابزار و وسایل آداب چای از ابتدا بود تاکنون به قدمت بیش از یکصد سال، طبقه دوم مردم‌شناسی و طبقه سوم آرامگاه پدر چای ایران.

رئوف توضیح می داد: هم اینک که این آرامگاه درمسیر راه گردشگری - بام سبز لاهیجان - قرار گرفته در هر زمان از فصل گردش، گردشگران بسیاری را به‌سوی خود می خواند.

او ادامه داد: تنها در روزهای نوروز 11 هزار نفر برای بازدید آمدند و کاشف را شناختند.

در حین صحبت؛ "پیمان عیسی‌زاده" یکی از پژوهشگران فرهنگی - اجتماعی لاهیجان رسید و دلخوشی از مرمت آرامگاه نداشت.

بر بالای برج رفتیم و در کنار آرامگاه؛ صدا می‌پیچید که عیسی‌زاده گفت: پدر چای ایران اهل تربت‌حیدریه بود اما با توجه به علاقه‌اش به بوته‌های سبز چای در ‌وصیت‌نامه‌ای به خط خود، می‌خواست بر فراز تپه‌ای مملو از بوته‌های چای به خاک سپرده شود.

وی که مدام بر اساس اسناد قدیمی سخن می گفت، روزنامه ای مربوط به 29 آبان 1331 رو کرد که در آن نوشته بود؛ « فقط کشاورزان چای بخوانند! خوانندگان گرام تصدیق می فرمایند اگر لاهیجان دارای فلاحت چای نبود مردم آن از فقیرترین مردم کشور بودند ولی در سایه فلاحت چای به یکی از ثروتمندترین شهرها تبدیل شده ولی کشاورزان چای حاضر شدند قبر آن ناجی بزرگ (کاشف) همانند فرد گمنامی در یکی از زوایای شهر روی تپه ای قرار گیرد این است معنی حق‌شناسی فردی که احیا کننده شهر و بلکه کشوری است؟»

وی ادامه داد: بر اساس این مطلب از کشاورزان چایکار خواسته شد صدی یک از درآمد حاصل از چای برای ساخت آرامگاه به حساب اعلام شده واریز کنند و بدین صورت سنگ بنای نخست ساخت آرامگاه زده شد.

عیسی زاده پس از بیان تاریخچه ای از ساخت آرامگاه‌های کشور ، بنای آرامگاهی با معماری توأم را بخشی از فرهنگ کشور دانست و تاکید کرد: کاش برای مرمت و ساخت این آثار بر داشته‌های متخصصان بومی تکیه شود.

معاون میراث فرهنگی اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری گیلان نیز در گفت وگویی با خبرنگار ایرنا برای مشکل ایجاد شده در ظاهر آرامگاه ابراز تاسف کرد و گفت: پیمانکار این پروژه دارای قصوراتی بوده که عذرش خواسته شد.

"مصطفی پورعلی" افزود: مشکل ایجاد شده قابل حل است و منتظر تامین اعتبار هستیم تا پایان سال 91 این مشکل بر اساس بررسی‌های انجام شده و کارشناسی متخصصان بومی برطرف شود.

کودکان زیادی از مدرسه ای در رشت برای بازدید از آرامگاه آمده بودند؛ هیاهوی کودکانه با طنین صدای معلم آرام شد و او برای آنان توضیح می داد: این بنا در سال 1375تبدیل به موزه شد و آرامگاه کاشف السلطنه به شماره 1769در فهرست آثار ملی کشور به ثبت رسیده است.

معلم پرسید چه کسی می داند "کاشف السلطنه" که بود ؟ و کودکان نمی دانستند، مردی بود که با زحمات جان‌فرسا و مشقت‌بار چای را به ایران آورد و هم سبب تولید داخلی شد و هم مانع از خروج ارز به خارج از کشور .

اما دانستند: کشت چای در سال 1278 خورشیدی به همت محمد میرزای چایکار (کاشف السلطنه) در لاهیجان رونق گرفت و در دیگر نقاط گسترش یافت و روحش در 31 فروردین ماه 1308 در حادثه تصادف آرام گرفت.

و چنین نوشته بود: " ... می روم دنبال چای ... انشا الله کسان دیگری هم در فکر رفع احتیاج سایر کالاها باشند."

بازدید از موزه تاریخ چای تمام شده بود؛ از موزه خارج شدم که شهروندی از شهر چای دستمال کاغذی می فروخت و دیگری را راهنمایی می کرد: "تا کی می‌خواهی منتظر بمانی؟ چای باغت را خشک کن یا کیوی بکار یا ساختمان بساز..."

میدان کاشف السلطنه غرق در گل‌های آتشین و رزهای صورتی را دور می زدم؛ چشمم به مجسمه پیرمرد بود در میان میدان، تکیه زده بر عصای داستان سازش و عینکی برچشم به دورها خیره مانده بود و چه سخنانی را باید می شنید! و شاید رعشه بر اندامش! و یا نه ، شاید ژرف شده بود صدای کارخانه های چای را بشنود و یا می اندیشید؛ آیا کسی پیدا خواهد شد عصایش را بگیرد... ک/4
